Millie’s Mark.

Many of you may have heard of Millie’s mark, This is a quality award to show that all staff in a nursery are qualified paediatric first aid.
We will not be applying for a “Millie’s Mark” as it is very expensive , in addition to of the £40 per head training costs for the paediatric training. However I can assure all parents, that it has always been our policy, at
St. Thomas’ Nursery that all staff hold a current Paediatric First aid Certificate which are displayed in nursery at all times.
So rest assured, that despite the lack of the Millie’s Mark accreditation, all our staff are qualified in all aspects of paediatric first aid, in accordance with the EYFS inspection criteria.
