Our aim is for the learning environment to be seamless throughout, with the same learning opportunities available both indoors and out. We are very proud of our environment which we ensure matches the needs and interests of the children. We provide the areas of continuous provision which cater for a broad spectrum of experiences, these include book area, sand ,water, malleable, texture, workshop, construction, ICT, music, small world, problem solving and numeracy, mark making, home corner and role play.
We enhance these areas according to the children’s projects as well as planned activities to support and promote learning and development. We support the children’s play and encourage independence and exploration so our environment is set up to actively promote this. We use open ended resources and encourage spontaneous , creative learning experiences which will endorse life long learning.
