Our Team

Here at St. Thomas’ we have a highly motivated and dedicated team that work together to create a nurturing environment for your child to develop in. The team have both a wealth of experience and qualifications in childcare and are committed to their own personal professional development, undertaking regular training and further education keeping up to date with best practice. The nursery maintains the ratio of adults to children that is set through the EYFS Welfare Requirements. All Staff under go police checks, which are processed by OFSTED. All staff hold a current Paediatric First aid Certificate which is renewed every 3 years. This training is refreshed regularly as part of our in-house staff training days and an online refresher is undertaken annually.
