Uniform
We prefer the children wear a nursery jumper and polo shirt with the nursery logo on it. We also like them to have a book bag and peg bag for spare clothes. A £50 retainer, secures your child's nursery place at nursery, then as they start you will receive these items . These are also available to buy from nursery as and when required. All uniform must be clearly named.
Attendance
It is important to help your child to settle int nursery life by making sure that they attend nursery for all their sessions. If your child is ill and cannot attend, please let the nursery know on the first day of absence by telephone and any holiday in nursery time by letter including a return date. Any child with any contagious or infectious illness, including vomiting and diarrhea, must not attend nursery until 24 hrs after recovery.
Fees
We have limited funded 15 hr places for 2, 3 and 4 year old children
The fees are payable weekly, monthly or half-termly. fees must still be paid if children are absent due to illness or holidays taken during term-time. We require 4 weeks written paid notice if you wish to remove your child from the nursery or reduce their sessions. For your child to keep their place at nursery you must pay the fees consistently.
Every child is entitled to 15 hrs free nursery education from the term after their 3rd birthday, and some children are entitled to funding the term after they are 2. Any hours over this entitlement must be paid for. Lower fees apply the term after your child turns 3. We also accept a variety of childcare vouchers.
Starting Nursery
Before your child begins nursery you will have the opportunity to visit the nursery and meet the staff. Often this first visit will ease most of your concerns and don't worry if you feel anxious about leaving you child on their first day. Discuss this with your child's key person or a member of staff and together you can work out what is best for your child. This differs from child to child and we want to work in partnership to ensure your child becomes happy and settled. It is important your child has a happy and successful start to their nursery life so if you have any questions or concerns please speak to your child's key person or a member of staff who will be happy to reassure you. We want you both to relax and enjoy this exciting step in your child's life!

Outdoor Uniform
Your child will need a waterproof, practical coat at all times as we play and explore outside in all weathers. We provide waterproof trousers and your child will also require a pair of wellies to wear which are left at nursery all the time.
